If you want to reach the pinnacle of success, keep a positive attitude and wisely use the laws of energy.
If you want to reach the pinnacle of
success, keep a positive attitude and wisely use the laws of energy.
Everyone has innate intelligence, according to which he processes actions and turns his life around. But it is not only intelligence that is useful, but if it is used in a positive way, then a person becomes successful in life. It will be clear from the following that a negative attitude can hinder his development.
1. Walking on a wooden plank:
If you
are asked to walk some distance say about 5m on a Wooden plank kept on the ground,
you will do it easily.
2. Walking on
a plank at some height:
If you are asked to walk
on a wooden plank kept between two tables, you will easily do this. Even if
there is a problem, you can easily get down.
3. Walking
on the bridge between two nearby towers:
Now if
you are asked to walk on the bridge between two nearby towers, you might refuse to walk due to some internal fear of heights.
Conclusion from above three acts:
In all three cases, the actual action is to walk some distance on a flat surface. But a lot of people have negative attitude in their minds. They
think before they act. As they
are affected by negative thinking, they avoid the action and degrade them.
Intelligence:
This is because of the fact that only 2 to 5% of the capacity of
intelligence is generally used by normal person.
Renowned scientists are using about 20 to 30% of their intelligence
capacity. |
|
It was assumed that only Leonardo da Vinci used about 60-65% of the capacity of intelligence. Leonardo da Vinci is best known as an artist, his work as a scientist and an inventor make him a true Renaissance man. He serves as a role model applying the scientific method to every aspect of life, including art and music, draftsman. |

Negative
Attitude:
Why don't we use this available capability? Because
too often we underestimate ourselves. Especially when the brain is
developing between the age group
of 3 and 13 years, we are often told not to do this, not to do that.
Behind that there is a negative thinking
attitude and these thoughts are inculcated in the mind of the person.
Therefore, the mentality of that person becomes the same and because of that, even in the later ages, that person does not take up any task in
a positive manner.

I can do this":
Moral
Story:
|
A group of frogs lived in a pond near the tower. On the day of a festival the frogs organized a race. It was decided that the first frog to reach the top of the tall tower will be the winner. Some young frogs took part in the race and started swimming in the pool near the tower.
The spectator frogs were already saying, "The frogs won't get there!" "It makes no sense
to go further! You'll never get to the top of the tower!" One by one the
participating frogs became frustrated and left the race, but one frog was
advancing gradually. Eventually all the other frogs left the race and only that
frog reached the top of the tall tower and won the race. The other frogs were
eager to know how he won the race. They approached him and asked him what his
secret was. But he did not answer. It was finally realized that the winning
frog was ----- ( Deaf ). |
Final Conclusion:
People
will bombard us with their negative thoughts. But we should let go in one ear and out the other. Succeed at the
pinnacle of success by following your dreams to the end with your positive
thoghts.

Use of Energy laws of physics for the development
of positive thinking:
To develop positive attitude we can take
the help of Energy laws of physics. According to the energy laws of physics, one type
of energy is transferred to another form of energy. Many activities are taking place
in the entire universe through the exchange of energy. Activities are taking
place through the exchange of energy at all levels, physical, emotional and
mental.
According to the second law of energy
“Entropy is proportional to temperature”.
The
entropy is measure of amount of disorder or discomfort.
This suggests that more energy is used to
increase discomfort. More discomfort means less energy available for use, less
discomfort means more energy available for use. In particular, the second law
of thermodynamics states that "the total entropy of any isolated or
closed system will always increase as time goes on".
Entropy affects all aspects of our daily
lives. In fact, you might think of it as a nature tax. Rudolf Clausius discovered entropy. We all have entropy in our daily lives.
Everything tends to be distorted. Life always seems to be more complicated. Neat
rooms become cluttered and dusty. Strong relationships deteriorate and
eventually end. Wrinkles appear on young faces in old age and hair becomes
gray. Complex skills are forgotten. The brickwork cracks, the paint fades, and
the tiles become loose. Distortion is not a mistake; This is our ideal. The
order is always artificial and temporary.
How can I
use entropy for study?
1 We
spend a lot of energy in many activities throughout the day. When we study, the
brain needs more energy.
2 usually
we start studying in the evening or late at night. But the study would not be
appropriate as less energy is available.
3 So
energy can be saved by reducing unnecessary work and movement throughout the
day. This is possible through meditation.
4 This available energy can be used by the
brain for study.
Meditation:
Let us
see the States of Mind:

Posture for meditation:
There are
many ways to meditate. One of these types is as follows:
1 Sit in
a quiet and comfortable place as shown in the picture.
2 There
should be no stress on any part of the body. Close your eyes
3 Take a
deep breath two or three times and release slowly. With that the whole body and
the mind will relax.
4 Calm
down slowly. Then aim at the breath.
Thoughts of the mind engaged in rhythmic breathing. Mess in mind will be
reduced.
5 After
sitting in this position for at least 10 minutes, the meditation will reach
perfection.
Initially
seek guidance from a properly trained person.
