 1  Angle of incidence i = Angle of reflection r

 2  Incident, Reflected ray & normal are in one plane.

Huygens’ Principle:

"  Every point on wave-front acts as secondary source and sends secondary waves in all directions. "

Using this principle Laws of Reflection can be proved.
